Executive Order No. 111
Healthcare Facility Capacity & Supplies Reporting
On Saturday, March 28, 2020, Governor Phil Murphy signed Executive Order No. 111, which was issued to ensure that the State has complete data on the health care system’s existing capacity to prepare for and respond to the outbreak of COVID-19.
The Order requires that covered facilities must report data to the New Jersey Office of Emergency Management (NJOEM) concerning their capacity and supplies on a daily basis beginning on Sunday, March 29, 2020
This information is due by 10:00 p.m. each day, and will continue as long as Executive Order No. 111 is in effect.
NJOEM has discretion to require that additional categories of health care facilities do this reporting, if necessary. NJOEM also has the ability to specify what kind of reporting is necessary to satisfy the Order's requirements, including information about bed capacity, PPE, and ventilators.
